Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders are shipped via USPS.  Once your item has shipped, you will need to contact USPS regarding updates, tracking, or delivery by visiting https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input or calling 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).

We ship to the United States only.  In compliance with state laws we are unable to ship pepper spray to MA or NY.  

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $X flat rate shipping to [list countries]. 

 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Local pickup or delivery

 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $40 within 15 miles of 47523. 

 

Pick up or delivery can be arranged from 10am to 4pm CST, 7 days a week. We will contact you via the email you provided at checkout to contact you for a pickup or delivery time. 

 

If you live outside of the 15 mile radius but want to drive within the radius, we will also meet at public locations for pickup and delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

All sales are final.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of arrival at miassweetandspicyboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
